A Message From Our CEO

“Sales, Marketing, and Technical Colleagues,

We founded Frontline 1st for you. This is our story.

I worked in sales and sales leadership for years before transitioning to a Big Four Sr. Salesforce Consultant role.  In that role I became increasingly passionate about blending my real-world sales experience and technical Salesforce expertise to build the best possible solutions.  Finally, I could address many of the sales strategy and process gaps that I experienced in prior roles through Salesforce.  In fact, being a former seller with Salesforce knowledge was like holding a ‘magic wand’ that could clean up and address frustrations for the sales organizations that I served.  I took immense pride in assisting fellow sellers and watching them achieve success through Salesforce.

As the years passed, I worked on larger and larger Fortune 500 Salesforce projects and I began to recognize a market gap.  Most Salesforce consultants had never ‘lived the life’ of a seller or marketer. They knew the Salesforce technology, but they had never carried a bag, made quota, coached sellers, led a sales team, developed a go-to-market strategy, or launched a campaign.  Without functional experience, these Salesforce consultants could not develop a best fit solution for the sales/marketing organizations that they served.

I began to share these thoughts with like-minded Salesforce leaders at my Big Four firm.  Most of them had been in functional sales and marketing roles prior to becoming consultants.  They were part of the ‘rare breed’ that understood the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce and they agreed that there was a market gap.

After many late-night discussions and years of planning, Frontline 1st was born to address this Salesforce market gap.  Frontline 1st brings a team of consultants that have lived the life of sellers and marketers.  We know the employee journey because we have been there and we know the customer journey because we have guided it for years.  By combining this functional knowledge with Big Four strategy and Salesforce technical acumen, the Frontline 1st team builds the most empowering Salesforce solutions for end users.”
